Our Journey
Grafton Ecommerce began in the UK with one person selling from home. Our founder, Javad Palliyalil, struggled with the same challenges many small UK sellers face such as high website costs, difficult operations, and limited support. Instead of giving up, he turned those struggles into lessons.
Step by step, the business grew into multiple ecommerce brands with a strong customer base. With persistence and innovation, we expanded into our own warehouse operations, giving us the ability to scale, launch new products, and reach more customers. Today, we use this experience to support other UK sellers and online business communities with services that make ecommerce simpler and more sustainable.

Meet Our CEO
Javad Palliyalil, founder and CEO of Grafton Ecommerce, grew up in a business family in India and supported his father’s ventures in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. After moving to the UK for his MBA, he discovered the potential of ecommerce and decided to start his own journey.
With a strong belief that every problem has a solution, Javad built Grafton Ecommerce from his home into a company with multiple brands, a warehouse, and services that now help other sellers avoid the same struggles he once faced.

Meet Our COO
Liana Renee Clamor, COO of Grafton Ecommerce, found her passion for ecommerce while studying for her BSc in Business Management. Inspired by her entrepreneurial family, she began testing ecommerce platforms and quickly gained customers.
Her career in the retail sector gave her hands-on experience with products, operations, and customer behaviour. Today, she brings a growth-driven mindset that keeps Grafton Ecommerce efficient, innovative, and aligned with its vision to support sellers in the UK.
